I created a internet blog called Mightywheels.ca a number of years ago. In the beginning when I mentioned accessibility, people would automatically jump to the conclusion I mean wheelchair access. But, no I mean accessibility for everyone who uses wheels, from parents pushing baby strollers or the people with wheeled walking aids or people using wheelchairs. I must admit the City of Edmonton has improved very much but, we still have far to go. They say our beautiful city is 4 to 5 years behind in our accessibility, compared to other accessible cities Edmonton's size. I've been trying real hard and I'm sure if people searched my mightywheels.ca blog they would find ways to bring up to date our city with the accessibility problems we have.

Hi, I'm Tim the guy with the wheel accessibility blog, called Mightywheels.ca If you have kids, I think you have used a baby stroller on our horrible uneven sidewalks, parents pushing baby strollers aren't the only people who find the sidewalks a problem look at the people with wheeled walking aids for people using wheelchairs. I'm in a chair and I want to do something about it. please email your thoughts about this.

What I want for mightywheels is to meet all the mla's and the mayor to sit down and design a better accessibility strategy for our Edmonton.

Welcome to my blog, my name is Tim Parnett. Since I first started using a wheelchair I noticed there is no one to advocate for the physical condition of sidewalks and sidewalk ramps in Edmonton and area. They are not fully accessible to all and that's wrong. That is why I'm trying to start a nonprofit called Mightywheels.ca This team has taken an oath to assist people who use wheels. weather it's, parents pushing baby strollers or the people with wheeled walking aids or people using wheelchairs, we all need equal accessibility.

Dogs with wings.

Now this is a good Charity, but they do not accommodate dogs for people who have to live with narcolepsy. To find a trainer like that, we are looking in all close states of the united states.

Volunteer.

I would like someone to film me riding the city bus and also doing my evaluations I do throughout town. I like to evaluate businesses on their accessibility and then I post the information on my blog. Would be interested in filming this endeavor?
