Personal Mission

My names Tim,  I started Mightywheels to help everyone. I myself can difficultly make it over most of city of  Edmonton's poor surface areas, but what about other people. In my time of using a wheelchair, I have noticed many improvement to our city, but there is room for many more. I have taken on this personal mission too help. I could of joined a church and focused on my self, but that would only help me, I was put in is position to help more then just me.

What to do.

The first thing that you should do is to take the exact address and record the incident through 311. If you can pass it along to me, i will ask my colleagues here how we can expedite a review of the area. Though we typically only deal with property within our business revitalization zones, i can share your concern about a specific location with my colleagues directly.

Not the only Gap on that sidewalk.

I think the gap in the 69th ave cities sidewalk is getting to big. You can measure or see it. Between the 2 cuts on my head.

Mean while I'm waiting.

I'm looking into art classes to enlarge my circle of awareness. That way I can help more people with the issues of accessibility.  Our City is very weak in this area as not all areas of the city are accessible to everyone as they should be.

Waiting for the government.

I'm just waiting for Ward 5 will connect me, cause if it take this long, we'll be looking at next summer for any City street repairs and that's too long, for my people who use wheels to wait. We are talking safety in our city.
